Fall Out Boy Goes to Infinity and Beyond with New Record

Fall Out Boy's new album will go where no fall out boy has been before—musically that is. Fall Out Boy's new album entitled Infinity on High will be hitting store shelves soon and to get you prepared Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump tells Billboard.com that the new album will lean a bit more R&B and classic rock. For example, Infinity's first single is the smooth, but funky "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arm's Race". There will be more of an emphasis on piano, strings, and horns throughout the album as well to represent the more classic rock sound. Jay-Z, Panic! At the Disco's Ryan Ross, and New Found Glory member Chad Gilbert all make appearances on the album. The set will be debuting on February 6, 2007 via Island Records.
